Secondary Vice-Principal
HIRING FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025/2026
ICSV is currently seeking a qualified Secondary Vice-Principal to join our Secondary School faculty immediately.
The Secondary Vice Principal is responsible for managing day-to-day issues related to student discipline and academic performance. The role includes supporting the Principal in the planning, organization, and leadership of events and meetings related to student discipline and academic achievement. The Vice Principal works closely with the Secondary Principal to ensure that students’ academic, social, and emotional needs are met, fostering a safe, supportive, and caring school environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Education
Master’s Degree in the field of Education and/or Leadership preferred
A.C.S.I. Certification in Educational Administration (or ability to obtain)
Previous administrative experience preferred
Overseas/ cross-cultural experience preferred
Be in full agreement with the following ICSV statements: Mission Statement, Core Values Statement, Doctrinal Statement, Statement of Educational Philosophy, Faculty Handbook
Proficiency or basic knowledge in German (A1) is highly preferred
Spiritual Qualifications
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Willing to honor and uphold all standards outlined in the Faculty Handbook
Able to sign the ICSV Statement of Faith
Active member of a church that supports the school’s Statement of Faith
